Can I withdraw, donate, or transfer this to another account?
On certain occasions, we give out wallet credits to all our user which they can use to subscribe/purchase any of our services. These wallet credits are not allowed to be withdrawn, transferred to another user, and/or to be donated.
How can I use the InvestaWallet credit?
Each wallet credit we give out, there is a minimum amount you need to purchase to be able to use it. This usually depends on the amount of the wallet credit given.
To use, first you need to Topup the lacking amount in your purchase, then proceed with payment. Once payment is successful, the balance will reflect and will be added to your InvestaWallet. You can then checkout your purchase/subscription.
