InvestaTrade Payment Policy

Please read this Payment Policy (referred to as “Payment Policy”, “Policy”) carefully before using any current and future Features, Products, Services and Subscriptions (referred to as “Service”, Services”) operated by InvestaTrade, Inc. ("We," "Us" and/or "Our")(or an affiliated entity / Partner Broker Securities) to any User (referred as “You” and/or “User”).

This Policy, along with the information referenced herein, governs your use of and access to the Services. By continuing using our product / service, you agree to be legally bound by this Payment Policy.

In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) directive, all Cash-in or deposits to your investment account shall only be coursed through regulated entities and channels. The Service provides a list of regulated entities and channels, as well as the turn-around-time (TAT) of actual crediting of the deposits in the investment account in its Cash-In tab/page.

Account must be fully verified first, in order to withdraw their funds. You may check the account verification process here.

There would be a 2 working days clearing date before you can withdraw your funds from your investment account going to your nominated settlement bank account.

The service is on “cash-basis” terms, which means the user can only buy or invest to PSE Stocks shares if and only if there is sufficient cash in their investment account to cover the order. We are not responsible for the users’ failure to buy a PSE stock shares due to insufficient cash in their investment accounts.

As per the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) directive, all funds withdrawn from the users’ investment accounts should go directly to their nominated bank account, hence transfer of funds from one investment account to another is not supported by the service.

Funds in the investment account shall only be used for the purpose of investing or buying a share from the PSE Stocks.
