Please read this Payment Policy (referred to as “Payment Policy”, “Policy”) carefully before using any current and future Features, Products, Services and Subscriptions (referred to as “Service”, Services”) operated by Investagrams, Inc. ("We," "Us" and/or "Our")(or an affiliated entity) to any User (referred as “You” and/or “User”).
This Policy, along with the information referenced herein, governs your use of and access to the Services. By checking the "I Accept" information or by otherwise accessing the product/service, you agree to be legally bound by this Payment Policy.
User may cancel their subscription anytime here: https://www.investagrams.com/subscription Once cancelled, user will continue to have access to the services until the end of their billing period. User will need to go through manual payment to avail a new Service again.
Enrollment to Automatic Bill Payment means you allow us to Automatically process payment for your subscription until you cancel. This is being processed 1 day before the subscription ends at 2:00 AM. This is to allow us to reprocess payment in case there's an issue with the 1st payment run. This is also to avoid inconvenience to our users when the payment did not proceed and they lost their subscription.
Refunds will not be provided for any Services that are already purchased/paid.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: availability, errors in the description or price, error in your order or other reasons. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Users may not transfer, assign, exchange and/or reissue any Services (including events) to any Account and/or Users once it is paid. Any request related to this issue will be denied as it is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that he/she will review, confirm and verify all information beforehand.
The Service is made available to you at its sole and absolute discretion for the following purposes:
- InvestaWallet is only applicable for any payment of goods, products or services within Investagrams.
- InvestaWallet is not applicable for withdrawals or irrevocability of Top-up payments.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are only permitted to use InvestaWallet as expressly set out in this Payment Policy or Investagrams’ Terms or customer agreement and on conditions applicable to the Investagrams Features, which may be posted from time to time in connection with such products and services.
- Withdrawal or refund is not allowed and the use of our InvestaWallet is solely for the purpose of purchasing/subscribing to our features, learning videos, and events.
CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS
We reserve the right to make changes, modifications, amendments and/or updates to the terms in this Payment Policy from time to time and for any reason, by posting such changes here, which you can access at any time by visiting the Payment Policy page at https://help.investagrams.com/article/payment-policy. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for reviewing this Payment Policy from time to time for changes, and that changes to this Policy shall be effective when posted.
By continuing to access/use the Services after any new release or revisions become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the Payment Policy as stated above.
